We are officially in strawberry festival season! The festival started last week and I couldn't be more thrilled. This year is extra special for me with my daughter Emma being a court member. Seeing this piece of our community from this new perspective has been a true blessing and I am so proud of Emma and all of girls on the court for representing our Plant City community so well.
As soon as the festival is over, the Government Advisory Committee (GAC) is pleased to bring you the 2020 Capitol Coffee event on Wednesday, March 25th. This is an opportunity to hear directly from our elected officials about the work they've been doing during session in the capitol. Capitol Coffee admission is included complimentary in all Chamber memberships and is open to the general public for a $10 admission fee,

On Thursday, February 20th, The Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new office of
Monticciolo Family and Sedation Dentistry
located at 310 W. Alexander Street.
Monticciolo Family and Sedation Dentistry is proud to be part of the Plant City community. They are dedicated to the oral health of their patients and offer a comprehensive approach to dentistry. They do this by having state of the art offices, an Endodontist and Periodontist on staff, as well as offering full IV sedation dentistry. For those that are fearful of the dentist, or executives short on time, sedation dentistry is a great option for your dental care needs. The practice offers all new patients a completely complimentary new patient exam, a full set of digital x-rays and full color intraoral photos, and it is no obligation! Monticciolo Dentistry works with most all insurance companies.
Dr. Vincent Monticciolo has been part of the greater Tampa Bay area for over 20 years and brings his expertise and dedicated care for his patients to the Plant City community. Joining him is, Dr. Edward Williams who is a longtime resident of the area. Chamber members are invited to join the practice for all of your oral health care needs.

The Plant City Chamber launched a new initiative to recognize members who are involved, regularly attending meetings and events, and are truly getting the most out of their membership through their involvement. At each chamber event, the red bucket will be present - simply drop your business card in the bucket for a chance to be next month's Member of the Month! The more you attend, the more likely you are to be selected. Each month the business that is drawn from the red bucket and selected as the Member of the Month will be highlighted in the Chamber's newsletter Chamber Connections, showcased on social media, and given a sign to proudly display in the storefront or front entry of their business.
