Dear St. Rita Parents/Guardians,

I am delighted to announce that we are one step closer to launching our new FACTS Student Information System (SIS) school management tool. We are in the process of setting up the FACTS Family Portal –a private secure online platform that will allow you to see academic information specific to your child, while protecting their information from others. All you need is an internet-capable device to view information such as: attendance, progress reports, discipline, homework, school calendar, family account balances with online payment, school directory, and other useful school information. At this time this system will only be used for new student applications and re-enrollment for the upcoming school year. We expect to have the re-enrollment information available for you beginning next week. In order to re-enroll your child/ren for the 2024-2025 school year your tuition account must be current. A separate email will be sent out to you regarding creating your family portal account. Access to the financial aid portion of the portal will be granted once the re-enrollment process is completed. There is a $160 re-enrollment fee which includes a $10 processing fee for FACTS.

Once again, the School Finance Board has worked together with the school leadership to better understand the needs of our community. The tuition schedule presented below will allow us to keep the same level of programming to better meet the needs of all our students. If financial or other challenges cause you to question your return to St. Rita School, please contact me as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help your family remain a part of the St. Rita School community. Thank you for allowing us to partner with you in your child/ren’s educational journey.

SRS Tuition Rates for 2024-2025

A few weeks back we requested that during morning drop off car drivers leave one lane open for teachers to enter the parking lot if they arrive before 7:50 A.M. This morning many of our teachers had difficulty entering the parking lot before 7:50 as both lanes were blocked by cars. Leaving the right lane open will allow our teachers access to their parking spots. Thank you for your cooperation.

Now that the Spring weather has arrived many of our families are allowing their children to play after dismissal. Please monitor your children as cars are entering our parking lot. Also climbing the trees, the brick walls on the property, or the statutes of Mary and Jesus is not allowed. Thank you for modeling for your children safe and respectful play habits.

We are midway through the Lenten season and we are very grateful to our students and families for their generosity by contributing to contribute to our Lenten service project. Throughout Lent our faculty and students will focus on prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. Our goal is to get our students to think beyond themselves and to focus on kindness and mercy. Our service project this year is in support of Sacred Hearts School in Maui, Hawaii, earmarking the money specifically for the students and families impacted by the recent devastating wildfires.

Re-Registration for 2024-2025

We will be transitioning to our new online student information system (FACTS) for re-registration for

the 2024-2025 school year.

Information will be sent electronically to each family. Documents and deposit will now be done online through our new system.

(Please note that each family must be current

on their 2023-2024 tuition).

Holy Week Schedule

We are currently accepting new enrollments for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. If you know of a family who is interested in learning more about St. Rita School, please have them contact Mrs. Bruno, our admissions director, to set up a tour or learn more about our wonderful school. Our parent referral program is now open and details on how to receive a $250 referral tuition credit for the upcoming school year can be found on our website.

PALM CROSS SALE STARTS THIS WEEKEND

The St. Paul VI Knights of Columbus are again selling blessed Palm Crosses for Easter beginning this weekend at all churches. These beautiful crosses measure 24” high by 12” across, include a variety of colored ribbons and feature an artificial lily, suitable to adorn your yard or respectfully placed at gravesites of beloved family members.

           The crosses are $13.00 each and 2 for $25. Order forms are at the exits through the weekend of March 16-17, 2024 or on the parish website. Order forms with payment can be deposited into collection boxes located at all churches. Crosses will be available for pickup on Palm Sunday weekend, March 23~24, 2024 from all churches at the times designated on the order form. Spanish order forms will be available at Blessed Sacrament church. Thank you for your support!
