Hello Everyone,

As March comes to a close, we prepare to enter a significant month in the history of The Atlantic Federal Credit Union with the upcoming launch of our new Online Banking platform and Mobile App. The introduction of these systems and upcoming enhancements will give Members more control over their finances and movement of money than ever before at the Credit Union. Please find highlights and other important updates below.

Our new Online & Mobile Banking platforms will launch on Monday, April 17. Thank you to the many team members who have been hard at work on this project for months to ensure a smooth transition for our Members, while the rest of our team has ensured we have been able to continue delivering an excellent experience for our Members today.

In advance of the launch of our new Online & Mobile Banking platforms, Members are receiving weekly updates about the new features and tips to be able to take advantage of the new functionality as quickly as possible. Both emails can be viewed here.

As you will see in the Member emails, we have officially introduced our new logo (by popular vote) to Members in advance of its rollout across the new platforms. Of note, the new logo will be rolled out in intervals as it relates to card reordering and other items, which will avoid an expense impact as we make these changes.

Thank you to everyone who participated in our internal survey earlier this month. Your responses are helping to shape the direction and branding of the Credit Union moving forward.

One of the findings in the survey results was that respondents would overwhelmingly recommend a job opportunity at the Credit Union to friends or family. This is great news because we do have current openings (which can be viewed here), and the Credit Union is still offering a bonus up to $1,000 to employees who refer qualified candidates who are hired and remain employed (see our Handbook for complete details)!

Rate Updates: We continue to offer some of the most competitive dividend and loan rates in the country, and especially among local brick-and-mortar financial institutions. Of note:

• Ultra Savings offers 3.80% APY on balances up to $1 million.
• Kickstart Savings offers 4.07% APY on balances up to $10,000.
• Smart Savings offers up to 3.00% APY with a low minimum balance requirement.
• The short-term 7-Month Share Certificate offers 4.07% APY.
• The 13-Month IRA Certificate offers 4.07% APY.
• On Home Equity Lines of Credit, we continue to offer an introductory rate of just 1.99% APR for 6 months. This is a great opportunity for Members to cash in on the equity in their homes following the recent spike in home values.

Costco Auto Program: In addition to great rates on auto loans, our Members are eligible for discounts on new and pre-owned certified vehicles and haggle-free negotiations through the Costco Auto Program. Through April, the Costco Auto Program is offering an additional discount on Audi vehicles. Members do not need to belong to Costco to take advantage of these offers.

The Costco Auto Program is available in addition to the Enterprise Car Sales program, and both can be accessed here.

Our 2022 Annual Report is hot off the press! Take a look at the summary of one of the best years of performance for the Credit Union in more than a decade.

As a reminder, The Atlantic Federal Credit Union's 88th Annual Meeting will be held in-person and virtually on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. Instructions on how Members can attend have been communicated via the website, newsletter and branch signage with an RSVP deadline of Wednesday, April 12, 2023.

Mobile Meals of Westfield: Thank you to our volunteers who visited Mobile Meals of Westfield to help prepare meals for community members in need. Mobile Meals of Westfield helps support the ill, elderly, insured and disabled living in Clark, Cranford, Fanwood, Garwood, Mountainside, Scotch Plains, and Westfield.

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities: Thank you to the volunteers who have registered to support Habitat for Humanity on April 11. We are looking forward to making an impact with this important organization.

There is still time to register for the Credit Union's upcoming volunteer outing at the St. Joseph Social Service Center on April 27 from 10 A.M. to 1 P.M.
