Christmas Meal

Every year, we work with volunteers and our partner Citymeals on Wheels to deliver festive holiday meals to our neighbors who might otherwise go without. CBS News talked to some volunteers for this heartwarming story.

Congratulations Culinary Students!

Our Culinary Arts students completed their final projects this week: They each made two perfectly-plated and delicious meals. Now they head off to twelve-week paid internships and hopefully, a career that makes good use of their skills. Here, Chanelly Mena puts the finishing touches on her Red Wine Ribeye Steak while Ricky Miranda presents his Lomo Saltado.

The Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) is a non-profit, multi-service organization located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan focused on the needs of children and low-income families, out-of-school and out-of-work youth, and aging New Yorkers, including our isolated and homebound elderly neighbors.

PARTNERSHIP WITH GODDARD RIVERSIDE: In May 2021, the Isaacs Center entered into a strategic partnership with Goddard Riverside with the purpose of enhancing the services that both organizations provide to New Yorkers. Read about it here.
