by appointment only 
from May 28th - June 4th

Books must be in newer, very clean condition.

We cannot accept the following items:
  • encyclopedias
  • dictionaries
  • textbooks
  • CD’s or DVD’s
  • computer
  • manuals
  • self-help, health, or travel books over 5 years old
  • science books over 20 years old


Donations will be limited to no more than 2 boxes per donor, and no more than one box per subject.

THE BOOK SALE
Saturday, June 8th

The Friends of the GPL Book Sale, which used to take place in the basement of the previous library building, has long been a highlight of the season in Greenfield. We look forward to seeing the community again in our wonderful new library at 412 Main St, Greenfield as we revive this marquee event. Historically, these book sales have not only raised thousands of dollars to run programs at the library, but given the people of Franklin County the opportunity to both donate their gently-used books, and to enjoy new-to-them books sold at amazing prices. We are so happy to make this give-and-take available again in support of the Greenfield Public Library's Programming. See you in early June!
