Happening this weekend! Get ready to groove at the Virginia Beach Funk Fest Beach Party at 24th Street at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront!

Returning for its 15th year, this vibrant annual event celebrating the funk music genre will not disappoint. Come enjoy a robust entertainment lineup on the evenings of Aug. 23 and 24, starting at 6 p.m., at 24th Street.

Performing artists will include WAR, Doug E. Fresh, Crank Crusaders featuring Raheem DeVaughn, SOS Band, Al Hudson and One Way and Be'la Dona. The fest will also include a variety of foods and vendors. General admission is free.
