Business Development Plan Program
Gabe Rand, DBE Supportive Services Specialist

Have you been struggling to implement a business plan into your daily work-life? Look no further. One of the benefits of the DBE program is assistance in assembling a two-year Business Development Plan (BDP) that offers guidelines in multiple areas of everyday business development.

This two-year plan will be curated by the DBE Specialist, that’s me! We will talk through 26 different categories of potential learning opportunities to see which topics are meaningful to your business. Categories like, bookkeeping, taxes, government contracting, networking, marketing, etc. Following suit, we will establish goals and deadlines in the plan for all tasks to either be implemented or completed by. Once the BDP is finalized I’ll continue to follow-up with you through your BDP journey, to keep you focused and on track. As always, I will offer assistance in additional fields as they are identified.

Interested in learning more or opting into this great opportunity? Simply just reach out to me by email, grand@emdc.org or give me a call at 207-949-6177. Let’s work together on this!
