HMAA was proud to sponsor the American Heart Association and celebrate its 100^th Anniversary at the Heart Walk! It was great to see many of our clients and members at the walk.

Here are just some of the impacts the AHA is making throughout Hawaii:

• Trained 56,000 people in CPR last year.
• Treated almost 90,000 Hawaii residents at 10 hospitals certified as primary Stroke Centers using Get With the Guidelines, the AHA’s quality patient care improvement program.
