asked me this question...

Dear Friend of Operation Rescue,

My heart sunk - no, STOPPED - when the Wichita Police investigator asked me...

"Mr. Newman, do you have any enemies?
Anyone who really doesn't like you and wants to hurt you?"

You know the answer to that question!

They asked me because they were called to our office to investigate WHY someone had gone to all the trouble to DISABLE our surveillance/security camera system... and then leave.

One of the veteran officers told me that, in all his years on the force, he had never seen anyone do that. He said it usually means BIG trouble is on the way.

And so I asked myself this question. . . 

Is a Violent Attack on Operation Rescue Imminent?

Frankly, it very well could be.

You see, with everything we do to "thwart" the Abortion Cartel every day from this one tiny little low-overhead office in Wichita, Kansas, it's easy to see why they would want to thwart US!

Think about it: For over 10 years, Operation Rescue has been on the cutting edge of putting the abortionists BEHIND BARS as well as CLOSING DOWN their deadly chop shops.

Why, even during the first half of the Reign of Obama, we scored huge victories in New Jersey, Maryland, California, Kansas, North Dakota, Massachusetts, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona - you name it!

For example, abortionist Rapin Osathanondh went to jail in Massachusetts for the death of Laura Hope Smith. Laura died during a "safe and legal" abortion due to Osathanondh's extreme negligence. Operation Rescue forced the authorities to take note of this tragedy and prosecute the abortionist. Thanks to your support of our work and the public pressure we brought to bear, we won that case. That abortionist went to jail and his two abortion mills have closed forever.

And that's just ONE example of many I could give you - as well as the SIX new cases we're currently working on while I'm taking a quick break to send you this urgent e-mail!

Yes, we have numerous abortion mills that are SO close to shutting down, I can almost see the beautiful "CLINIC CLOSED" signs on their front doors! (and their old signs hanging in the Operation Rescue Trophy Room)

Again, perhaps this is why we're getting "messed with" right now.

After all, we've spent years and years learning how to use the legal system against the abortion cartel. Basically, we've turned the tables on the baby-killers. Now they are the ones running from the law.

Therefore, it's not "beneath" them if they were to have some common criminal come in and destroy our office - which is our sole "nerve center." I wouldn't put it past them.

And so, that being said, it's time for us to face this reality and deal with it.

To do that, WE NEED YOUR HELP to replace and upgrade our video surveillance/security system.

We consulted with security experts who assessed the threat we face and recommended a newer state-of-the-art system that would be impervious to the perps who are messing with us.

I winced at the price tag. But I knew we needed this kind of protection, or else the Enemy will walk all over us. We might as well put a sign up that says. . .

"Attack Us! We're Unprotected!"

I don't want to put that sign on MY front door!  

Instead, I want the abortion mills to put "CLINIC CLOSED" signs on THEIR front doors!

But to do that, I once again come to you for help. Only this time, it's MORE URGENT THAN EVER since the police told us the perps would probably be back within days to "finish the job" - whatever that might mean.

Seriously. If they know we're unprotected, they could easily come here in the middle of the night and burn the entire place down!

The pro-aborts would LOVE that.

As you know, our office is a converted (pardon the expression). . .

If you remember the story, we bought the building and then kicked the baby-killers out of here!

We had the place carefully photographed, with documented evidence of the FILTH that is always present in these disgusting killing centers that disguise themselves as "medical clinics."

We even had a massive PRAYER SERVICE in order to drive out the demons who might still be dwelling therein.

The fact that our office used to be theirs really sticks in their craw.

Again, perhaps that's why we're being messed with.

Either way, WE MUST ACT NOW to protect ourselves - not just the office, but everyone who works in and out of here.

I'll tell you this...  

Attacks and deadly serious threats have been "a way of life" for us in the past. In fact, a man is sitting in prison right now, sentenced to over four years for threatening to kill me and other pro-life leaders.

Why, just last year our office was brutally vandalized. And a few years ago, someone broke into our office on Thanksgiving Day! Not only have we had our office burglarized, but staff members homes have been attacked - and the death threats still come in at an alarming rate!

So when the police told me to be prepared for an assault in the near future, you can understand how hopping mad I was!

Don't get me wrong. I place my full faith and trust in the Lord. He has taken care of me for the past twenty years as we have faced all these sorts of threats and more. Jail, the IRS, lawsuits and vandals will never stop my determination to put an end to child-killing.

In fact, I'll never ever stop being an advocate for the helpless babies being murdered every day in America. Each innocent child is totally helpless against the abortionist's deadly knife as he wickedly stabs her in the back of the skull, pulls her out by the feet, twists her tiny head around to break her neck, and then tosses her lifeless little body in the trash with yesterday's garbage.

No, I'll NEVER give up - no matter what threats ANYONE makes against my life, or property.

But again, I want to emphasize that the Wichita Police said they had never seen someone disable a security system without having a plan to return for more mayhem!

I'm not afraid. I know I will go to the ultimate 'Better Place.' I have put my full faith and trust in the Lord Jesus. But I am afraid to go to "Judgment City" without completing my life's mission of ending abortion!

I know we can do it, as we have been successful in seeing the closing of 70% of the nation's abortion mills in just the last 15 years!

Maybe that's why the dirty abortion cartel wants Operation Rescue to go away - no matter what it takes.

But as I said before, we are not going away without a fight!

Even with Obama in the White House, we see an average of TWO abortion mills close every month.
