Please allow this correspondence to serve as a guide with respect to upcoming dates, deadlines, etc. with MSYSA programs, events or tournaments. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the MSYSA State Office.
Fall State Cup 2025 (Played in Fall 2024)
Open to U14 - U19 MSYSA-affiliated girls teams.
Application & Payment Deadline: 12:00 Noon on July 1, 2024
When: August 10 – September 22, 2024 (Preliminary Games)
October 5 – 6, 2024 (Quarterfinals & Semifinals)
October 19 – 20, 2024 (Finals)
Cost: $795 per team
Important Dates:
9:00 AM on July 8, 2024 – Elite Division Seeding Meeting
12:00 Noon on July 22, 2024 – Fall State Cup Preliminary Game Schedules Due

Director’s Academy
When: Fall Season: August 10, 2024 – November 17, 2024

June 14, 2024 – Clubs Confirm Individual Team Participation in GotSport
July 24, 2024 – DA Fall Schedules Due
August 9, 2024 – DA Team Registration Due

MSPSP & Great Lakes Premier League
The following are all due July 2, 2024:
- Teams must be enrolled into MSPSP Fall 2024 in GotSport
- Team registration fees
- Club Code of Conduct
- Affiliation Form
To participate in MSPSP teams MUST be enrolled into the MSPSP Fall 2024 event in GotSport by July 2, 2024.
When: August 9, 2024 – November 17, 2024
Cost: $475 per Team
Payment via one check for all teams (Recommended)
Online payment via team during GotSport registration (Recommended for less than 10 teams) due prior to July 2, 2024
Important Dates:
June 18, 2024: Fall 2024 Registration Information Meeting (via Zoom, details to be communicated).
July 2, 2024: Team Registration (team enrollment, reg fees, club code of conduct, affiliation form)
July 13, 2024: Player Registration due (player contracts, team rosters, list team officials)
July 15, 2024: Phase 1 Late Player Additions – Player additions will require $25 late fee.
July 15, 2024: Divisioning Meeting (via Zoom)
August 6, 2024: MSPSP Team Document Distribution
Sept 1, 2024: Phase 2 Late Player Additions – Player additions will require $50 late fee. Can make additions at any point in season as long as roster is
not max (22) and player is eligible.

ODP ID Weekend
Registration Deadline: July 15, 2024 or when age group hits capacity
When: July 26 – July 28, 2024

Fall National League Conferences
Open to U13 - U19 Girls teams, U13 - U14 Boys teams, U15 Boys teams (developmental/supplemental)
Application & Payment Deadline: June 28, 2024.
Cost: $725 (NLC Program fee) plus $450 (MSYSA Registration fees).
Important Dates:
July 3, 2024 – State Association Endorsements
July 17, 2024 – NLC Acceptances & Divisions Released
There are two (2) applications that must be submitted in order for a team to be considered for participation in the National League Conference – the USYS Conference Application and the MSYSA/GotSport Application.
National League Conference Endorsement Criteria:
Once the application window closes, MSYSA will select which teams to endorse for the National League Conferences.
NLC Endorsement Criteria can be found here.
Teams who apply for the NLC but are not endorsed by MSYSA will receive a full refund. Teams who apply for the NLC and are endorsed by MSYSA but withdraw any time after endorsement will not receive a refund of any kind.

Important Dates:
July 31, 2024 – Final day of the 2023/2024 seasonal year in GotSport
August 1, 2024 – 2024/2025 State Registration Events open
September 25, 2024 – Registration data for Fall 2024 must be finalized in GotSport
October 15, 2024 – Final registration payment for Fall 2024 due to MSYSA
October 31, 2024- MSYSA Fall registration closes
November 4, 2024- MSYSA events open for Winter registration
