Dear Club/League Representative:
MSYSA has started the process of submitting registrations and generating registration invoices in GotSport on behalf of direct members for the Fall 2024 season. Earlier today, new registrations were submitted & invoiced for the MSYSA Travel Registration event, MSYSA In House Registration, and NMSA State-Registration event. Registrations were processed for any players, coaches, and managers who are approved on rosters within MSYSA affiliated events.
Please note that any non-approved participants (i.e., Pending adds), or those who have not yet been added to a team’s event roster, were not registered. This includes team officials who may have been unapproved from the event roster due to an expired background check. Please ensure all coaches participating during the Fall 2024 season are approved on their respective teams by September 25 so that they can be properly registered. .
You may now log into GotSport to check your registration billing account balance. By default, each invoice shows a due date of today (i.e., the date the registrations were invoiced). However, please note that payment for Fall 2024 registration invoices is not due until October 15.
The GotSport system separates registrations during the invoicing process based on a few different factors: role (player, coach, or manager), competitive level, and roster status (Primary, Secondary, Club Pass, or ‘blank’). Depending on the registrations for your affiliated teams, you may see several invoices on your account page. We have carefully looked through the registrations submitted and invoiced to ensure registration totals were accurate for each event. If we have any specific discrepancies or questions to address with your club/league, we will reach out separately in the next few days to get them resolved.
To view a list of the registrations invoiced go to Club Management > Registrations> Details (at the top) and using the ‘Saved Reports’ button. Choose ’24-25 Invoiced Registrations’. This will provide you with a list of invoiced member registrations for the 24/25 seasonal year. Additional filters can be used at that point to find more specific information.
As a reminder, MSYSA will be submitting registrations and generating invoices on a weekly basis. If any new registrations are approved on teams within the next week, those registrations will be submitted & invoiced by MSYSA next week. All registration data for the Fall 2024 season must be added & finalized by direct members in GotSport by September 25, 2024, and a final registration payment is due by October 15, 2024. Since additional registrations may be invoiced for your organization in the coming weeks, MSYSA encourages you to wait until all registrations for your club/league are finalized, and then submit one total payment to MSYSA by the October 15th deadline.
We anticipate another round of registration billing next week, for any new registrations added in GotSport. Should your organization have any new registrations added/invoiced at that time (or in future weeks), you will receive another email notification like this one.
