Dr. Noal Cochran has over 30 years of experience in the fields of industry, education, and mental health. Dr. Cochran currently serves as the Associate Dean for Educator Preparation and Accreditation as well as the Interim Director of the School of Education at the University of Southern Mississippi. In addition to his current role, Dr. Cochran has served various school districts as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, and superintendent. He is also a former marriage and family therapist with extensive mental health experience in family therapy, crisis management, and secondary trauma in professionals.
