AIC-Ontario has been made aware that MPAC has recently sent a communication to certain appraisers with a PropertyLine™ subscription. The message referenced the Terms and Conditions related to the use of the PropertyLine™ system. The email also noted that appraisers must provide an acceptable explanation of their data usage by a specified deadline. MPAC further notes that they reserve the right to suspend or limit access if they believe that you have contravened the Terms of Use.

AIC-Ontario recommends postponing your response to MPAC’s request for now while we conduct a thorough review of the situation on your behalf. This will allow us the time needed to provide you with the best advice on how to manage this critical situation.
