Mike Mwas's thoughts on his graduation from Kibera Film School
The graduation was the best day because it was really a happy moment seeing former Kibera Film School trainees start their battle and the race towards archieving their goals.
Working with different people with different personalities and attitudes was my greatest challenge during the filmmaking training.
What's next? Taking my knowledge to other people and sharing my experience with the society around me.
My advice to East African youth interested in filmmaking: follow your passion and no circumstance can be a hinderance to your success especially in film making
Working with Hot Sun Foundation has been a gaining experience. I cannot give back as much as I have received.
Sincerely,
Mike Mwas
