From Assembler to Leader: Cristina's Inspiring Journey


Cristina's journey with ALBAform started in December 2019, stepping in as an assembler. Since then, she has become a valuable asset to the company, showcasing a relentless drive for improvement. Cristina's proactive approach led her to swiftly mastering ALBAform's production and planning processes, catalyzing numerous operational enhancements and contributing significantly to the company's growth trajectory. Her commitment to the success of both the organization and her team has been unwavering. She received her Supervisor and Industry Leadership (SAIL) certification at Lanier Technical College in June 2023. Utilizing the SAIL framework, she applies her leadership skills diligently in her daily responsibilities. This dedication propelled her to her current role as Production Manager.

The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) launched "Career Clear," an initiative highlighting the importance of Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education in shaping a skilled workforce. With 144 pathways, CTAE offers diverse career opportunities and meets Georgia's evolving business needs. #CTAE

WorkSource Georgia Mountains, Hall County Salvation Army, and Good News at Noon joined forces to offer eight shelter residents a three-week welding program. This initiative aims to combat homelessness by providing skills training, resume preparation and job interviews for program completers.

#Bootcamp

Haering Global held a machining ProAm at North Georgia Technical College's CNC Technology Lab. Eleven high school students partnered with pros to design using CAD, milling, and engraving. Judged on safety, creativity, and engagement, all were winners and, each student received an internship offer from Haering.

#CTAE

Performance Foodservice Group hosted graduating seniors seeking full time careers to experience the company's service-oriented culture. Students engaged with employees, gaining insights and testimonials about PFG's work environment. Being a food service company, they provided lunch too. #HallCounty
