Sound has a profound effect on our bodies and minds. It can help to reduce stress,

anxiety, and pain. It can also improve sleep, boost immunity, and increase energy

levels. Join Rhonda Vroman.

When we listen to sound, the vibrations travel through our bodies and interact with our

cells. This can help to stimulate the production of endorphins, which are our natural

painkillers. It can also help to calm the nervous system and promote relaxation.

Crystal bowls and a planetary gong are both instruments that produce high-quality

sound waves. The sound waves from these instruments can penetrate deep into the

body, and they can help to stimulate the production of alpha waves, to rebalance the

nervous system. Alpha waves are associated with a relaxed and focused state of mind,

and they can help to reduce stress and anxiety.

RECENT REVIEWS

I took the outdoor yoga class today and it was absolutely amazing!! Don, the instructor was simply incredible. I am dealing with neck pain and he challenged me just enough so that I got maximum benefit in the full body flow but at the same time helped me be mindful of my limitations so that I don’t experience pain. It was easily the best yoga class I have ever taken. Highly highly recommend Don!
