MELT classes are back for the summer with "Back to the Basics with MELT". Classes will be moving to Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm - In-person or Virtual! Join me to learn the basic MELT moves and improve your home practice.
June 14th - Full Hand Treatment - this will help with any hand, wrist, arm, shoulder, neck or upper body aches/pains/discomforts!
June 28th - Full Foot Treatment - this will help will any foot, ankle, toes, calf, knee, hip, lower body aches/pains/discomforts!
July 12th - Upper Body Roller - Learn how to use the MELT roller to work out those upper body aches, to include the neck release sequence.
July 26th - Lower Body Roller - Learn the different ways to use the roller to help with hip, low back, knee, or leg pain.
