New Medical Complex Redefines the Landscape of Health Care in WNY
| WILLIAMSVILLE, NY — UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine (UBMDOSM), the largest and most trusted orthopaedics group in Western New York, in conjunction with UBMD Surgery, one of the largest and most respected surgical practices in Western New York, and Great Lakes Medical Imaging (GLMI), the premier outpatient radiology provider in Western New York, are pleased to mark the grand opening of their new facilities at 716 Health with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on January 31. Administrators and providers from UBMDOSM, UBMD Surgery and GLMI, referring physicians and community partners will gather to celebrate this milestone. They will be joined by project developer and Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation CEO Paul F. Ciminelli, along with representatives from Arc Building Partners and CannonDesign, key partners in the complex’s development. Brief remarks will be provided by Brian E. McGrath, MD, Leslie J. Bisson, MD, and Steven D. Schwaitzberg MD, FACS, distinguished surgeons and three of the visionary leaders behind this new, state-of-the-art complex. Chief Operating Officer Amber DiNatale will speak on behalf of GLMI, and Paul Ciminelli will offer remarks on behalf of Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation and his role in developing this new facility, which is set to redefine the landscape of health care in Western New York and beyond. | | |
Located at 111 North Maplemere Rd. in Williamsville, 716 Health is a newly built $100 million, 160,000-square-foot medical and surgical complex designed to serve Erie and Niagara counties and southern Ontario by offering the highest caliber orthopaedics, sports medicine, ambulatory surgery, general surgery, imaging and rehabilitation services. GLMI’s offerings at 716 Health include MRI, PET/CT scan, nuclear medicine, low-dose CT scan, X-ray, fluoroscopy, bone densitometry, ultrasound and 3D mammography services.
