Production Classes Update

Do you know someone who would like to volunteer for MCA-TV? We have updated the way we offer our production classes to allow for social distancing and more flexibility for people to come!

Classes are now available on Wednesdays until 7 PM at the studio. This allows volunteers to pick their date and time and come in to learn one-on-one! Contact Allison at aeastham@moontwp.us for info!
Produce a New Show Today
Do you have an idea for a new show? MCA-TV is always looking for new content!

Producing a show is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Pitch your show idea to Allison Ford
2. Schedule a production date
3. Watch your show on MCA-TV

The rules are pretty simple, any Moon resident can produce a show, or non-residents can work with a community producer to sign off on their production and help gather volunteers!

What is a community producer, you ask?
A community producer is a Moon Township resident that has gone through our production course.

If you are not a community producer, we can help pair you up with one! We currently have about 15 active community producers ready to help you get your show on the road! The process is easy! Just contact Allison Ford at aeastham@moontwp.us with information about your idea and you are on your way!
Playoff Football
Join us at the Moon Area Tigers begin their playoff run! We will be filming the game on Friday, November 12. Contact aeastham@moontwp.us for more information or to volunteer to help film the game!
Public Awareness Weekend 2022
MCA-TV is proud to announce Public Awareness Weekend will be back live in the studio on March 11 and 12. Public Awareness Weekend is a 24-hour broadcast featuring interviews with Pittsburgh area nonprofits. Each organization receives a 30-minute time slot to educate viewers on their cause and encourage them to get involved in their community. The interviews will air live during the weekend, then rebroadcast periodically throughout the year on MCA-TV, reaching approximately 45,000 households in Township and the surrounding communities. Any nonprofit interested in participating should contact Allison Ford at aeastham@moontwp.us or call 412.269.1191.

Interviews are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
