Arrival Procedures

Middle School students should report directly to class. Older siblings should go directly to their classes as younger students are able to get to class - there is still staff and patrols to help guide any students who still need help.

School Picture Update

Picture retake day is set for November 8th. School photo orders that were turned into the school have arrived and you should have come home with your student last week. If you ordered online the photos should ship to your home.

For parents who want to view their proof online without an access code, they can go to www.leonards.com and order photos, create an account, search by school, then once they have the school pulled up, they can put in their child's name and student number and see their photo.

Emails will be sent for those that we have.

Boo Grams will be sent out to students on Monday. Thank you all for your purchases. We collected over $2,300 and are able to purchase 955 Blessings in a Backpack! If you are still interested in donating, please follow this link https://firstcoast.blessingsinabackpack.org/donate/

On the drop down tab labeled Designation, please select Mill Creek Elementary. Thank you to all of our Mustang Families for your support.

Congratulations to our A and A/B students for the first quarter! Awards and ribbons will be coming home with your students soon.

Honor Cards Have Gone Digital

The St. Johns County School District Honor Card program has gone digital! If your child is on the A/B honor roll, you have the opportunity to receive discounts at some very fun and exciting places in St. Johns County. Instead of paper honor cards, you will now show business participants your phone and receive these discounts. Below are the steps to using the new system.

On your smart phone go to https://myhonorcard.com. The following screen will appear. Place your child’s student ID number and date of birth in the boxes.

When your child’s name appears, you will show your phone to the participating business representative, to receive your discount.

A list of participating businesses and their offerings are also on a different tab on the website.

If you have any questions, please call 904-547-3945 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Lost and Found-Final Chance this week for Students to look for their lost items!

Our Lost and Found is overflowing with jackets, lunch boxes, and water bottles. If your student has lost one of these items, please have them check in the Cafe for their items. At the end of October any remaining items will be donated.

Our Safety Patrols have worked hard decorating cones for Halloween! Please take a look at their great creations! Happy Halloween

Parent Volunteers

We are so excited to have parents back on campus! Just a few reminders to have consistency for all students.

Parent volunteers in the building must go to front office and request their student to be signed out for early dismissal. The office will communicate with the classroom teacher for the student to report to the office.
