Despite the pandemic, we're happy to inform You that we successfully re-opened our restaurant to 50% occupancy, and now You can enjoy Your Summertime Happy Hour and other Contemporary Ranch Cuisine Classics on the MC Patio, at the Ancho Chile Bar and in the Dining Room.

Also, our Online Ordering Platform is READY! If You don’t want to get out into the public quite yet, consider our Curbside Take-Out Service. All take-out orders will be delivered to our Curbside Pick-Up Parking Space.

Every Employee of Michaels Cuisine has completed a State of Texas Approved Food Handlers Sanitation Certification Program because Michaels Cuisine requires this Certification to maintain the High Food Service Sanitation Standards prevalent in our Daily Operation.
In addition to our own Michaels Cuisine High Sanitation Standard s , we have all made a Commitment to follow the Minimum Standard Health Protocols for Restaurant Employees; in accordance with Governor Abbott’s Executive Order Ga-18.
