Allegheny Health Network Offices
Four Allegheny Center 2nd & 4th Floors
MBM worked very closely with the staff at Allegheny Health Network to complete this multi-phased, fast-track project. The renovation of both floors, totaling 40,000 SF, were successfully completed within the aggressive four-month schedule. Four total phases were required to complete the renovations in order for business to remain operational throughout construction. MBM acted as the Construction Manager, managing bid packages, and coordinating trades.

Four Allegheny Center 5th & 6th Floors
As the Construction Manager, MBM provided a total interior build-out for the 5
th and 6
th floors of Four Allegheny Center for Highmark, Inc. The project included renovations to 40,000 SF of space within the four-month fast-track schedule. The scope of work included selective demolition, new partitions and finishes, HVAC ductwork, plumbing, electrical, and modifications to the existing sprinkler system. Each floor contains open office area, conference rooms, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and lobby improvements.

Giant Eagle Cochran Road
Ribbon Cutting
MBM
attended the re-opening ribbon cutting ceremony at the newly remodeled Cochran Road Giant Eagle on Thursday, January 21st. With live music and the distribution of "surprise gift cards" to shoppers, it was a fun event to attend.
MBM and Giant Eagle have partnered on various projects throughout the years. We were pleased to provide our services on the Cochran Road renovations and we hope to partner on many more future projects.

Pat McDonnell
Restaurant Holdings, Founder and CEO
Restaurant Holdings owns and operates nine Atria's, three Juniper Grill's, and four Ditka's. Pat first partnered with MBM Contracting in 1998, when a private dining room was added to the roof of Atria's Mt. Lebanon.
What projects with MBM have been most memorable?
Building our Wexford Atria's. It was our second restaurant and had a new design with a whole new look.
What do you like most about working with MBM?
It is all about the people and the relationships. What started off as a business proposition has turned into a very strong friendship.
Tell us three things most people don't know about you...
I raced muscle cars on a regular basis, I weighed 250 lbs in college, and I ran 25 consecutive Great Races.

Did You Know?
Did you know MBM provides Building Information Modeling (BIM) services?
We have recently acquired Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks to provide clash detection and coordination on construction projects. Our staff has been trained by Case Technologies, Inc. in Carnegie, PA to utilize these services both in the office and field. Services we offer include:
- Act as BIM Manager including organizing a BIM Execution Plan, leading coordination with MEP trades, producing clash reports, and running coordination meetings
- 4D Modeling to simulate the planning sequence of construction activities
- Verify site conditions through surveying
- Compile a fully coordinated drawing upon project completion to turn over to the facility owner
