Celebrated annually in March, Women's History Month not only commemorates the accomplishments of remarkable women but also advocates for gender equality and empowerment, inspiring future generations to break barriers and pursue their dreams without limitations.
Madeline Kasper, a candidate in the MBA program, enjoys staying involved within both the community and the university. Currently, she serves as a fellow for the UWSP Athletics department, where she works on increasing attendance and student engagement across all programs. Throughout her time in the MBA program, Madeline has improved her leadership and analytical skills. She particularly enjoys learning how to analyze data and make informed decisions through Prof. Butz's Applied Analytics course. Passionate about aiding others in their professional development, she aspires to hold senior leadership positions within the sales or marketing department of the sports industry.
Abby Schmidt, MBA '21 is a senior in assurance at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA). She works with agribusiness and cooperative industries. Abby recently gained her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Abby has a passion for the homeless and underprivileged and strives to help those in need.

More than 50 recent grads and guests from our undergraduate and MBA programs enjoyed an evening at Great Northern Distilling in downtown Stevens Point during the biannual Sentry School Alumni Meet-Up Wednesday, Jan. 17.
The UWSP MBA program is excited to announce the creation of the MBA Alumni Affinity Chapter.
The purpose of this affinity chapter is to help MBA alumni stay connected to each other, program faculty/staff, and across local communities. It will also play an important role in building and fostering relationships and networking opportunities.

Derek Bell has more than 20 years of experience in leadership, health promotion and wellness. In addition to leadership and wellness, Derek's passion is soccer. He has been a high school and soccer coach for over 25 years.
