MAS 2024 Annual Convention

We are excited to announce that the 95th Annual Convention of the Mississippi Association of Supervisors (MAS) is scheduled to take place from June 10 to June 13, 2024, at the Mississippi Coast Convention Center (MCCC). This annual event is a cornerstone for our association, bringing together county officials and exhibitors from across the state to share knowledge, insights, and experiences for the betterment of county government and our State.

Hotel room blocks for MAS' 95th Annual Convention will open today, Friday, April 5 at 11:00 a.m. Below is the booking information for each room block.

Hotel Room Booking Tip!

No more long holds on the phone when booking your room! Most of MAS' hotel room blocks have an online booking link you can use to make your reservation online versus waiting on the phone. You may follow up with the hotel at a later time to adjust payment method.

MAS Hotel Blocks

Hotel blocks open at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 5. Hotel room block rate(s) will not be available after cutoff date(s). MAS will not be able to add additional rooms or extend cutoff date.

You must request MAS rate at the time reservation is made to guarantee block rates. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out. Block rates are subject to sales tax and resort fees (vary by property).

Any county making direct bill arrangements (sub-block) with hotel may be subject to attrition rates if county cancels rooms after MAS block closes.

You must confirm hotel resort fees (in addition to room block rate), required deposits, cancellation, early check-out, early departure and other policies with hotel.

You must confirm tax exemption payment requirements with hotel at the time reservation is made.

County Registration Form

Online Registration via Member Portal:

We strongly encourage all attendees to register online through the MAS member portal. A direct link for registration will be available on the MAS website and also emailed to you for convenience. If you encounter any difficulties logging into your portal, please reach out to Stephanie Spangler at sspangler@massup.org for assistance. Tomorrow’s notice will include detailed instructions on how to navigate the online registration process efficiently.

Online Registration Features: Sign up for Activities

In addition to individual registrations, counties have the capability to register multiple attendees simultaneously through your online membership system. This streamlined process also allows for the pre-registration of guests for various convention activities, including:

Guest Activity Canvas Painting Class: An artistic and engaging session for guests.
Kids Zone: A fun and safe area for children, ensuring they are entertained while you attend the convention.
MAS Annual Cookout at the Hard Rock Hotel Pool: Scheduled for Wednesday, June 12, this event promises relaxation and networking opportunities in a family friendly atmosphere.
