MAP Resource and Testing Packets

Dear MAP Trainers,

We are pleased to announce that MAP Resource Packets can now be ordered online at no cost to the student or service provider. Resource packets are being provided free of charge by DDS, DMH, MRC, and DCF for students in the RIA MAP Certification Course.

A resource packet includes printed material needed for the Certification Course, two corresponding blister packs, and a med cup. Please use this link to order packets. Please only order what you need for classes 4-6 weeks in advance. Please no stockpiling!

MAP Testing Packets can also be ordered online for a modest fee (shipping included). Testing packets can be used multiple times. Ordering is via credit card payment only, and through this online portal.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Orders are shipped from CDDER/UMass Chan Medical School. Please contact CDDER@umassmed.edu with questions.

Reminder that service providers and MAP Trainers may also assemble their own resource packets and arrange for their own blister packs. Materials can be printed through this link for resource packets or this link for test packets, if you wish.
