The HBAGC compiles monthly residential permit reports for Cabarrus, Gaston, and Mecklenburg Counties.

Reports are based on data received from various building departments representing each county.

In Memoriam

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of Diane Virkler's passing.

Diane began her career with this Association in 1984, and served as Director of Promotions & Communications. Many will remember her involvement with the MAME Awards, Parade of Homes, and HomeArama.

After leaving the Association in 2012, she pursued a career as a Realtor® with Cottingham Chalk, dedicating almost 40 years in the home building and residential marketing industry.

She was a beloved colleague, mentor, and friend to countless people in the HBA of Greater Charlotte family.
