The 2024 Biden Administration's Title IX Regulations were released on April 19th with school districts expected to be in compliance by August 1, 2024. ICS and MABE have teamed up to offer MABE members a special Title IX compliance training package with two options.

ICS upcoming In-Person Title IX Training is a meticulously curated training program, designed to arm Title IX team members -- including Coordinators, Investigators and Decision-Makers -- with the knowledge, skills, and strategies indispensable for navigating the multifaceted terrain of Title IX.
Under the Title IX regulations, training is mandatory for Title IX Team members, including Coordinators, Investigators and Decision-Makers. This comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to navigate the complex landscape of Title IX, including any new regulatory requirements released in Spring of 2024.
