M&L SPECIAL NEEDS PLANNING LLC IS PLEASED TO ANNOUCE THE LAUNCH OF THEIR INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAM AND HOUSING PROJECT ON MONDAY NOVEMBER 11th, 2013:
Washington, D.C. special needs planning company launches one of a kind housing information database, containing information on housing and independent living programs from across the country, as well as housing information, articles, resources, & videos.

M&L Special Needs Planning, LLC is committed to helping individuals and families with special needs access information, tools and resources needed to make the decisions that can secure happy, productive and financially stable futures.

Over the last two years, the staff of M&L have focused their attention on an issue that is currently very important in the special needs community: housing for individuals with disabilities. According to recent data, the housing opportunities that exist for individuals with disabilities are very limited, and experts agree that the current housing situation is in crisis mode. Through their private and personal experience searching for appropriate independent living and housing options for individuals with special needs, M&L staff have recognized this crisis and have been working on a project to address it: on November 11th, M&L Special Needs Planning, LLC will launch their Independent Living Program and Housing Project, an online database for housing information. This one-stop, housing information resource that will revolutionize the way that individuals with special needs and their families search for independent housing options.

The database was designed around one factor that M&L noticed while searching for independent and living programs: finding, researching and contacting independent living and housing programs is very difficult, due to the current lack of reliable, current, and relevant information. Their one-of-a-kind Independent Living Program and Housing Project is a solution to this issue - M&L has found, researched, and contacted independent living programs from across the country, and have compiled their findings in this online housing database; they have included information such as contact information, program descriptions, eligibility requirements, and funding options, etc. In addition to this, the staff of M&L is in constant contact with the owners and operators of these programs, so any changes, updates, etc. will be entered into the database and subscribers will be notified as to these changes. This gives users the peace of mind of knowing that the information which housing decisions are based on is current, reliable, and relevant. As well, M&L staff will consistently be searching for and researching new and developing programs, grants, funding options, policy changes, etc. This new information will be added to the database on a constant basis, and subscribers will be notified as this information is uploaded.

As well as details on the independent living programs, and services providers, advocates and special needs organizations, the database will also include other valuable housing information. This information includes things such as current housing news/articles, allowing users to remaining up to date on the latest housing developments. The special needs planning experts at M&L have added studies, reports, and journal articles, and the database's resource section will contain links to resources that can help individuals learn about housing option.

We will also be periodically adding very informative and useful instructional videos on a wide range of special needs planning topics. These videos are intended to help users navigate the special needs planning process, and will cover topics such as special needs trusts, insurance needs for special needs families, government benefits (SSI & SSDI), and many, many more.

The Independent Living Program and Housing Project is available to users through one of four payment plans: monthly for 9.99, quarterly for 27.49, a semi-annual plan for 49.00 and an annual subscription for 94.99/year. The subscription process for this database is quick, easy and guaranteed through Pay Pal.
