We are very excited to share the news that Sky Nepal Travel's Director Mr. Bikal Adhikari along with his wife Mrs. Ambika Adhikari has successfully climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa in June 22, 2023. Mr. Bikal led the team of 31 climbing members from United States & Canada named "Journey to Kilimanjaro 2023" was organized by the charitable organization Above + Beyond Cancer. The team consist of 14 cancer survivors, 8 caregivers, 5 physicians and other members. Mr. Bikal and Mrs. Ambika may have set the record of becoming the first Nepali couple (unverified) reached the summit of Kilimanjaro, proudly with Nepali flag. Mr. Bikal has successfully led similar team as a volunteer in the past to Mt. Everest base camp (50 pax), led and climbed the summit of Imja Tse (32 pax) in Everest region, led a tour to Manasarobor & circled Mt. Kailash (22 pax) and toured Kathmandu right after Earthquake (25 pax).
