Is This The Year Of The Capybara?

Last year at this time after 50 Sales Meetings, we had heard that Axolotls may be the next big animal theme. Last December, we barely knew what an Axolotl was, let alone what it looked like.

My how that has changed.

This year we are hearing that it might be the year of the Capybara. On the San Diego Zoo website they say "Is it a beaver without a taail? A hairy pig without a snout? No - it's the largest rodent in the world"

As one who loves Guinea Pigs, I like to think of it as a giant Guinea Pig.

While we expect lots of products related to these adorable animals, here are some of the first that we have found.
