• Conversation Corner - A new place for residents to chat and relax, coming to the corner of New Street and Center Street near the Senior Center made possible with a Community Challenge Grant from AARP. The benches have arrived and have been installed. Update- The mosaic artist, Donna Slevin, is putting the finishing touches on the commissioned art piece. ' Our Shining Borough' will be unveiled in the coming weeks. Progress!

• Bean and Bread Bakery- 660 Middlesex Avenue-"community bakery bringing the highest quality products" to the borough. Soft Opening March 1st. Details to follow

• MexiModo- 413 Main Street (on the Plaza) Modern Cocina + Bar

• Rita's Italian Ice, sells mainly Italian ice, frozen custard, and specialty creations, opening at 640 Middlesex Ave. Opening March 9th

• Ram & Rooster - Chef Sean Yn of renowned Heirloom Kitchen 83 Central Avenue

• Namkeen Hot Chicken + Waffles, is a Pakistani twist to Nashville hot chicken. They will open a new restaurant at 410 Main Street
