Beginning in September

New Weekly Class - Monday's @ 7:30pm
Meditation + Gong Sound Bath
w/ Michael Enderle
Relax, breathe, let go, and bathe in the currents of sound and waves of vibrations of the Universal Gongs played in concert to raise your awareness, expand your consciousness, and center yourself in peace during this one-hour Sound Bath session.
Join Michael Enderle and learn how to quiet your mind, still your body, and open your heart by experiencing the eternal now during a Sound Bath. Experience what it is to balance and harmonize your mental state with love, kindness, compassion, and gentleness. When we practice expanding our present moment awareness, we see more. We see more choices, more alternatives, and more solutions. By learning to see without judgement, we expand our consciousness for
health, harmony, balance, and well-being.

Recommendations include a pillow, blanket, mat, sleeping bag and an eye mask, or anything else that will enhance relaxation throughout the session.

Restorative Yoga
w/ Chasity Morris

It offers a welcome respite among all the turbulence of life and helps to prepare the mind and body for the inward stroke of meditation and deepened awareness. Moving slowly through the poses allows you to explore your mind and body at a steady and natural tempo promoting wellness in the body and mind by promoting a passive approach to relaxation through asana and pranayama practices.

New Series: Intro into Conscious Dance
4 Weeks beginning Friday September 14th - October 5th
7:45-9pm
w/ Heather Kim
This is a brand new four part series designed to introduce the foundational concepts of a conscious dance practice.  If you've never heard of conscious dance and are feeling curious, this is the perfect way to begin. For the experienced dancer this is a beautiful space to share your wisdom on this journey. By the end of this series, newer dancers will have the skills and confidence to create a home practice and to find both local and international dance floors! For experienced dancers this is a wonderful way to drop back into the basics and reclaim your beginner's mind. And, local space holders use this chance to come welcome others and share about what you do!  With awareness of these basic techniques, you will gain the confidence to be able to jump in beautifully to whatever flavor of dance entices you. At the heart of conscious dance is most simply, your unique moving meditation. Come discover yours.
Join Heather (DJ Intuición) starting Friday September 14th at 7:45pm-9pm. Classes will run for 4 consecutive Fridays. Students that attend all 4 classes of the series will receive a FREE pass to one of the Fall ecstatic dances at 5 Points Local.
Drop-ins are absolutely welcome. Loose comfortable clothing recommended. This is typically a barefoot practice. Come ready to move.

Hoop Joy!
w/ Fálki Heiđdottir
Come out and revive your inner child! Step into the plastic circle and spin your joy!
In this 75-minute class, you will activate parts of your Body that you haven't paid attention to in a minute, learn the fundamentals of on- and off-body hooping and use your hoop to heat up and get your sweat on. This class is about play, fun, flow, and your very own unique dance!
Hooping is a full body, low impact aerobic exercise. It works over 30 core muscles and improves flexibility, balance, motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. It can also improve mood, help with memory, and open up creative channels. Jumping into the hoop can open up a world of new play partners and social connections.

This class is open to all levels. Beginner sized hoops are provided. Feel free to bring your own hoops if you have them! ***For safety's sake, no weighted hoops, please.
