A Word From Mark

Dear Radiant Futures Friends,

Love Is Here!! It is time for

our collaborative fundraiser supporting healthy teen relationships in Orange

County.

As you may already know, this annual fundraiser brings together organizations and individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.

This year, we have teamed up with some of the leading organizations in the area, including Crittenton, Laura’s House, LGBTQ Center OC, OC Pride, Planned Parenthood, The Priority Center, UCI Law, and Unsilenced to raise $100,000 on February 8th.

At Radiant Futures, we have set a personal goal of raising $25,000 in the 24-hour period. These funds will directly support our Teen Personal Empowerment Program, education, and awareness work in local schools, and other youth services programs.

Join us in this effort, you can help us to make a tangible and lasting difference in the lives of young people in Orange County.

Mark your calendars, set a phone alarm, or just keep an eye on your inbox for updates!

We hope that you will join us on February 8th, as we work together to make a positive impact in our community.

With appreciation,

Mark

Empowering Survivors,

One Step at a Time.

Want to know how to unleash your inner strength and take control of your healing journey with our no-cost Counseling services?

We understand the importance of healing and recovery for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. That's why we offer a variety of no-cost counseling services to help individuals on their journey.

One of the main services we offer is individualized clinical therapy. Our Master's level therapists use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-informed CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and others to help survivors work through and process their traumas, stabilize during crises, and learn coping skills to help them overcome current and future struggles. These sessions can last anywhere from 6-12 weeks, depending on the individual's needs.

Becoming an Advocate for Self-Care and Healthy Love

Meet Jazmin, a 13-year-old who found the strength to overcome her struggles with low self-esteem and depression

Jazmin initially was hesitant to attend Teen PEP and struggled with low self-esteem and depression. However, over time, she developed her own voice and became more confident. She eventually became an active participant in the group, leading discussions and encouraging others to be themselves. She attributed her progress to Teen PEP and is now interested in bringing more awareness to self-care and setting boundaries among her peers. She is also considering getting involved in her community to help other teens promote awareness on healthy love.
