There's something sweet & special about a handwritten valentine. That's the idea behind LOVE NOTES, a project brought to you by Portland Downtown, Portland Buy Local, and our joint initiative to lift up our local community year-round: Mission 3/65.
For LOVE NOTES, we gave people a blank canvas to share why they love Portland. The response was tremendous, to say the least, and we're blown away by the outpouring of love & creativity. Clearly, it's easy to gush about our little city by the sea!
