Welcome to The Ivy in Chatham Borough. Located in Morris County, this new apartment community has set aside a total of 37 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for income-eligible households. A random selection will be held on January 22, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, January 17th, 2024, after which this waiting list was closed. There will be a preference for applicants who live and/or work in Housing Region 2 (Essex, Morris, Union and Warren Counties).
