Acquisitions

Diamond Properties focuses on the acquisition of commercial properties with potential for substantial improvement through hands-on property management, market re -positioning, and capital upgrades. In 2017, Diamond Properties acquired five properties across NY, OH, and GA in excess of 620,138 sf total  square feet.  Since its inception, Diamond Properties has acquired  70 properties, including office, medical, industrial, retail, entertainment, self storage, residential, lodging, and land, in 7 states, and currently own in excess of 60 of those properties, totaling over  7 million square feet.  
Solar Energy 

So far,  Diamond Properties has installed over 22,803 solar panels across 25 acres of rooftop space, making Diamond Properties a leader in solar energy adoption in New York and Connecticut.   We have implemented a comprehensive sustainable energy program that will continue  in 2018.   To see our LIVE energy savings data  click here.  
LED 

In 2017 Diamond Properties, in collaboration with Xeleum continued upgrading their facilities to LED in an effort to improve lighting and further decrease utility costs.  Crews recently completed common areas lighting, including parking lot lighting at properties in the Mount Pleasant, NY and Mt. Kisco, NY areas.  The changes transform the parking lot lighting from the older technology  to the newer LED lights that  use less energy.  Work is now underway to upgrade outside lighting to LED at facilities located in Columbus, OH and Atlanta, GA.  The programs success and anticipated  estimated electrical savings keep DP moving forward with Xeleum Lighting installations.
