Get ready for Local Yarn Store Day on Saturday! We're going to have lots of fun yarns and kits and special deals. Read all about them below.

All of the 3K yarn staff have been furiously working on our Ranunculus sweaters, and they will all be in the store on Saturday to view. (Elizabeth's is pictured here.) If you haven't joined the Ranunculus craze, come in and see them. And consider taking our class that starts in June.

Local Yarn Store (LYS) Day is a brick-and-mortar yarn shop appreciation day created by The National Needlearts Association members. The annual LYS Day is "designed to show support for small businesses while bringing together a unique community of knitters, crocheters, weavers and spinners to drive awareness and celebrate the craft."

A customer came in recently raving about her Lykke Cypra Interchangeable Needles and how wonderful they make her hands feel. They're made of copper, which purportedly helps relieve pain and inflation from arthritis. While we can't guarantee that claim, the needles are beautiful!
