Community Discussion on Dignitary Invitations to Lex250

The Lex250 Commission is looking to engage the public on what, if any, foreign dignitaries the Town should invite to the Semiquincentennial celebration of the Battle of Lexington in April 2025.

The Commission is partnering with the Select Board to host a community listening session on Wednesday, June 12 at 6:00 PM in the Dining Room at the Lexington Community Center. No registration is required.

This has been a topic of discussion for several months. An Article was indefinitely postponed at the 2024 Annual Town Meeting that would have seen an invite sent to the British Royal Family.

Contact the Lex250 Commission with any questions.
