Tips: Preparedness Month and Pets

Do you have a plan for your pets in case of an emergency?

  • Identify in advance the shelters near you that have space for animals. Many public places do not allow pets.
  • Microchip your pet.
  • Build an emergency kit for your pet.

With the fall and back-to-school virus season in full swing, we encourage you to continue testing. Check your local pharmacy for tests, and check to see whether your insurance company will cover the cost.
