Be Aware of Trade Fraud - Hebei Shengen Chemicals

CIRS has received several complaints that Hebei Shengen Chemicals Imp & Export, a Chinese chemical company based in Hebei and Tianjin region, is a trade fraud company. The company sent Calcium Carbonate instead in the shipment after victims placed an order for Titanium Dioxide. We also suspect that the company has changed their names and locations frequently.

CIRS has terminated its OR relationship with this company. CIRS also reminds you that be aware of this type of company and always check the credibility of your suppliers.
