Starting June 7, you’ll be able to visit our library-in-a-tent behind the Park Branch Library. Browse for books, check out your own items, and pick up your holds, all without scheduling an appointment!

Don’t worry, you’ll be able to pick them up at the Outside Library starting June 7.

During our closure, you’ll still be able to search in the library catalog, place items on hold, and use all of our digital collections.

Book drops will be open and there are no late fines. To check your library account and renew items, log in to the catalog at bit.ly/CPLCatalog with your library card number and PIN/password (usually the last four digits of your phone number).

A place for you to browse for books, check out items, and pick up holds outdoors, without an appointment. Also known as "library-in-a-tent."

Starting Monday, June 7, Outside Library will be open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10am-4pm.

Outside Library will be located in the driveway behind the Park Branch Library at Mission and 6th, where curbside pickup is currently located.

No more appointments! Once your holds are ready, you can pick them any time Outside Library is open.

You'll need your library card or ID to check out books or pick up your holds. (Online cards work too.)

Picking up holds for someone else? Make sure you have their library card or know their card number. Library staff won't be able to look up their account for you.

No printing or computer access (yet). We'll let you know once public computer access and printing are available.
