Design an original 2” x 7” bookmark creation using any 2D art medium. Winning entries from each of the following age categories will be printed and distributed at the library: 0-5 years; 6-9 years; 10-13 years; 14-17 years; and 18+ years. Pick up a submission sheet at the library or download one here. All entries must be submitted to the Children’s Information Desk by Thursday, December 1.

Library Goes Red on Fridays

Seeing red? It's a good thing! Many Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library staff wear red on Fridays as a reminder to Remember Everyone Deployed (R.E.D.). Thanks to staff member Patrick Trotter, a U.S. Army Veteran, who encourages all to support military members and this effort every Friday, and especially on Friday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day.
