STATIC CONTROL FLOORING
Letting the microchips fall in the USA

At last month’s IPC Apex Expo in San Diego, there was a buzz about Intel’s recent announcement about building a microchip facility in Ohio. This was the company’s response to the supply chain issues with China and getting enough microchips for its products. This conversation hits us at SelecTech right where we live on several counts.

Our ESD flooring products are in a number of factories in manufacturing plants across the U.S., controlling static electricity. Some of those companies manufacture microchips. Others create other sensitive electronic parts. All want a superior level of protection against static electricity.

Our StaticStop products, including FreeStyle ESD, offer that level of static control. That includes an auto manufacturer like Continental. We all know how dependent automobiles are on electronics.

Our PolyStyle, the ultimate factory ESD floor, offers static control and is not subject to the same supply chain issues as competitors’ products. PolyStyle is made in the U.S. and can be installed within a month of ordering.

Intel will not be the only company to bring electronics manufacturing back to the U.S. If that’s in the works for your company, please consider our world-class ESD products.
