Assessment Increase Reminder

The approved assessment rate for 2024 is $225 per quarter. Payments are due on the 1st of every quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1). If you are on autopay through Alliance Bank, your quarterly amount will update automatically. If you have any questions regarding making a payment, please reach out to us.

Fitness Center

Our vendor is still waiting to receive the part needed to repair the recumbent bike closest to the entrance door. We thank you for your patience. 

Sidewalk on Deerpath Dr.

Please use caution when walking on the sidewalk located on Deerpath Dr. and adjacent to the retention area. We have placed cones and signs preventing anyone from walking in that specific area as we noticed erosion under the sidewalk. We are working on getting this fixed as soon as possible.

Office Closure for Martin Luther King Jr. Day

The Association office will close on Monday, January 15 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
