Yesterday following worship, we held a Congregational meeting to provide updates on our building site preparation, progress, and plans. We then reviewed the proposed financials related to the construction financing for our future home. During the meeting, we took a moment to thank our volunteers who are tirelessly serving for the glory of God on this project. NAPC is blessed to have competent, Spirit-minded people serving and using their gifts!
Following a question and answer time, a motion was made to authorize Session to enter into a mortgage to complete construction and site work for our new building and property. The Congregation approved this motion unanimously. This approval means that we now can secure the building construction loan and move forward with the construction of our future home with projected completion in 12-14 months.
