NJHMFA is pleased to announce our Annual Lender Quality Control Training; the purpose of this training is to assist lenders in improving the quality of loans delivered to the Agency. In an effort to reduce the number of findings and to discuss audit trends, all lenders are required to complete a mandatory Quality Control Training. Staff members who assist with the originating, processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, and delivery of closed loans to the Agency are required to attend.
