Attention Lenders
 
The NJHMFA Single Family Division is pleased to introduce Annette M. Voellinger as the new Assistant Director of Programs.   
 
Annette will oversee the NJHMFA Single Family Mortgage Fulfillment and Purchasing Departments as well as the Special Mortgage Programs.
 
Annette has been in the mortgage industry for over 40 years and brings to the Agency a wealth of knowledge in mortgage operations, purchasing, training and development, workflow and technology advancement. 
 
Annette’s goal is to utilize her leadership and industry experience to drive the changes needed to make the Single Family Special Program more effective and efficient for Agency Staff, Partners, and Clients.
