Lender Bulletin 2019-6: Updated Income and Purchase Limits Impacted Programs: First-Time Homebuyer & Homeward Bound Effective Date: April 30, 2019

Attention Lenders: The Maximum Income Limits and Maximum Purchase Limits for Statewide and Urban Target Areas (UTAs) have been updated and can be accessed through the Lender Resource page . Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Veteran Administration (VA) maximum mortgage amounts prevail if more restrictive. Please refer to the new list going forward for qualifying purposes.
