Due to circumstances and events outside of our control, The NJ Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency was closed on Monday, June 18 and Tuesday, June 19. As a result, the 72 hour turn-around time on loan review has been temporarily suspended as we process the files, in the order they were received. We have dedicated additional resources for file review and will have determinations to all lenders within 5 to 6 business days after receipt of the file for underwriting.
