Attention Lenders:

There is an update to the process when recording Smart Start and HomeSeeker mortgage documents. Please adhere to the following process:

1) The Assignment of Mortgage for the Smart Start and/or HomeSeeker Mortgages should NOT be recorded until the loan is certified for purchase by Titan and the NJHMFA agrees to purchase the loan.

2) The final title binder should be submitted only after both assignments have been recorded.
